Membership

The Czech and Slovak Association of Western Australia is a supportive organisation for Czechs and Slovaks living in WA.

Club membership activation is contingent upon the payment of the annual membership fee and the completion of the membership application form. To retain membership and associated benefits, the annual membership fee must be paid by March 31st of each respective year.

  • Discounted admission or free admission to our events
  • Your direct contribution to the maintenance of the Czech and Slovak cultures and traditions in Western Australia
  • Printed newsletter KLOKAN sent to you by mail (you can opt out if you prefer eKLOKAN – PDF version sent via e-mail)

The greater the number of paying members of the Association, the greater the chance that our club can access grants for our club activities, and the better the quality of events and entertainment for members and the whole community.

The membership fees are due on 31 March of the given year.

The membership fee can be paid online using the membership form or by direct bank transfer using the bank details or at any event by card or cash.

Payments for our newsletter hard copy and subscriptions are always paid for a calendar year beginning in January and ending in December. If you join us during the year, membership fees are counted for that calendar year. If you are an existing member and you pay late, contributions will also be counted for that calendar year.
